  • Led functional NetSuite implementation workstreams: requirements gathering, configuration of core modules, UAT planning, and go-live cutover.
  • Built custom reports, saved searches, and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks for client finance and operations teams — measurable lift in KPI visibility and close-cycle confidence.
  • Designed and configured SuiteFlow workflows to automate approvals, status transitions, and exception handling across order management and AP.
  • Partnered with technical consultants on integrations between NetSuite and adjacent systems (3PL, CRM, e-commerce).
  • Mentored associate-level consultants on functional best practices and client communication as I moved into the senior role.
